PLEASE NOTE: Although roof repairs, siding, and same size replacements of windows do not require a standard Building Permit, a Local Building Permit is still needed. Local Building Permits may be obtained in the Village Clerk's office during regular office hours (M-W--F from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM and Tues/Thurs from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). There is no cost for Local Building Permits.
